Couples Therapeutic Massage 3 hour Course: A mirrored approach/4-hands Massage with instructor. Couples / Friends / Two people who join together with a desire to learn therapeutic massage.

Business Mentorship: €67 per month for a total of 5 months. Or €285 paid in full equals a €50 savings. This Mentorship involves a 1 Hour monthly meeting with 30 minutes for any advice you may need, plus a 30 minute massage to maintain your health and the continuous learning that receiving a massage provides or a 30 minutes refresher of technique training. *A €67 per month Business Mentorship requires that you have been a student of mine. If you have not been a student of mine the Mentorship process requires that you take at least one course.

Price paid per month = €67 (per 1 hour)

Price if paid in full = €285 (€57/hour)

5 months = One 30 minute meeting per month, with One 30 minute massage or 30 minute technique refresher training.

The 100 hour immersion program will focus on the following and cover all the Modalities you wish to learn from the list above.

How can you create change in the body without understanding it? This course explores body reading, muscle function, origins and insertions, agonist and antagonist relationships, fascia, trigger points, referred pain, and common soft-tissue pathologies. You’ll learn how these concepts relate to pain, restricted movement, weakness, and contraindications, as well as how to engage the parasympathetic nervous system, relieve pain safely, bolster different body types, use cushioning systems, practice effective self-care, and prevent burnout. Most importantly, you’ll learn how technique, presence, and intention communicate safety to the client’s mind, body, and spirit.
Through the study of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and soft-tissue pathology—alongside trauma-informed conversations—you’ll learn through multiple approaches designed to support different learning styles. You will give and receive professional therapeutic massages, observe integrated Eastern and Western techniques, and progressively build skill through hands-on practice. Emphasis on body mechanics, awareness, and calm presence transforms massage into a moving meditation. You will learn purposeful techniques that support healing, flow, comfort, trust, and connection, building a strong foundation for ethical, confident practice. Ultimately, your informed touch and intention will redefine what therapeutic massage feels like—and illuminate its power to heal and connect

Small class size: Two to Three students. Three is the maximum! I have two massage tables to practice on and I will supply you with all the practice materials that are needed. Study materials are also included. All of my books stay in the studio so I encourage you to buy your own if the paper handouts and digital resourses I provide are not enough. I supply you with: 100% Jojoba Oil, Hip holster for massage oil, sheets and towels and all materials and supplies needed. Simply show up with your curious mind, an open heart, your desire to learn, and the kindness of your spirit.

Students must be open to giving and receiving massage from other students. If a student signs up after you, we will make good use of this time by having a new and different body to practice on and by learning more Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, and Pathology. There is always more to learn. 🌱

You are expected to come to class no less than 1 time per week and no more than three times per week for 8 to 16 weeks. No less than 4 hours per day and no more than 8 hours per day. The amount of days per week (1, 2 or 3), and hours per day (4 to 8) is flexible to your agenda as well as mine. If you would like to finish the 100 hours sooner, this may be possible. If you need more time, I am open. If you'd like to learn more and continue, this is also possible.

Payments must be made prior to every 12 hours of education until paid in full.

● Do you want to feel what you will learn before signing up? If so, book a 60 minute massage. If you decide to sign up, an additional €50 is deducted from the price of €1750 = €1600. ¤ If paid in 4 installments €1750 the €50 credit will be deducted from your last payment = €1700.

Anatomy & Physiology • 5 Hours + home study. We have a human size skeleton, miniature skeletons to borrow for home study, coloring books, flashcards, dry-erase whiteboard, worksheets, and videos.
Kinesiology • 11 Hours + home study. We'll be using: Paints, fabric, our life size skeleton, rubber bands, flashcards, worksheets, coloring books, palpation, movement exercises and videos.

Head to Toe - Full Practice Session - of Therapeutic Massages 🔅We may role-play and tailor each practice session to a Soft-Tissue Pathology, Anxiety, Depression, Limited Range of Motion, Common aches and pains, Pregnancy, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, etc...• 15 Hours = Nine, 60 minute Therapeutic Massage Sessions and Four, 90 minute sessions.

= 25 Hours of: Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, Pathology, Contraindications, Business, Communication & Ethics, and Self-Care.

= 75 Hours of Hands~on Practice: Swedish, Deep Tissue/Myofascial Release, Energy Palpation, Polarity Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Medical Massage, Prenatal Massage, Lomi-Lomi, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Working with the Breath, Bolstering, Positioning, Body-Mechanics, DanSe of Massage, and Stretching.

Certain subjects you can choose not to learn if you would rather have more focus and practice time on other subjects. However, certain subjects are required.

Is there homework? Yes! You will be given: digital flash cards, worksheets, and informational hand-outs to read. You will borrow a miniature skeleton, fabric and string to create muscles, tendons and ligaments, along with veins arteries and nerves, plus the digestive system and the Hara.
